It's painfully obvious that the majority of you either don't know how or neglect to use MEET UP... <------ Click on it, it doesn't hurt, technology is our friend... The people fighting against us are proficient with the Internet, so we must not waver in our commitment...
Unless you have turned off receiving email from this site, every time a "meetup" is posted, you should receive a notice via email... The act of opening the email takes you directly to the site... From there you are given all the pertinent information, who, what, where and when... It's a simple click to RSVP... You can easily decline, and though should you desire, you can comment, though it's not mandatory... Note, no one who has submitted a "YES" RSVP and then not shown up has been injured or harmed in any way... Do Do happens, my car broke down on the way to a rally...
Your use of this website helps in many ways...
- It helps us to better prepare knowing how many will attend...
- Seeing that "you" are going may help persuade others to come...
- There is also the false impression that our events aren't well attended, which could have negative consequences on people considering whether or not to join our group...
There are two upcoming meetups scheduled, lets see if we can overload the server with replies...
Finally, I'm not going to continue emailing these posts out much longer, as I'm sure if this isn't your cup of tea, (not to be confused with the TEA Party) you're getting tired of receiving them... At the left side of each of these posts, you can follow by email... Type your email address in the box and hit submit... Shortly (I mean literally seconds later) you will receive a confirmation email in your in box... Open, click on the link to confirm and presto, you're set to receive these every time via email...
Cape 912, making a difference...
